If, however, you find yourself needing to return an item, please read our refund and return policy outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility:
We currently do not offer free returns. In order to initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We only accept returns for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

3. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable, signed for shipping method to ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. Running Errands will not be held responsible for packages that do not reach our returns centre using the advised method of postage. Please securely package the item to prevent any damage during transit.
4. Inspection and Refund:
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged, are not eligible for return or refund.
6. Processing Time:
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return and initiate the refund after we have received the returned item.
